Clive: March Employee of the Month

 


At Canyon Home Care & Hospice, we are proud to recognize Clive as our March Employee of the Month! As the Chaplain and Spiritual Coordinator at our Loveland, Colorado branch, Clive brings warmth, humor, and a deep commitment to supporting patients, families, and colleagues.

Since joining Canyon in June of last year, Clive has embraced our mission wholeheartedly. “Canyon and its people align with everything I am, have come to be, and hope to be. It’s all about the journey—we don’t just provide care, we walk alongside people through life’s hardest transitions.” From his very first interview, he knew he had found a workplace that values compassion at every level.

Clive thrives in Canyon’s collaborative culture, where teamwork, support, and even a little laughter make a difference. He is especially passionate about advocacy, ensuring that patients and families feel heard, empowered, and cared for. His motivation? “Working heartily for the Lord,” which extends to serving others with dedication every day.

Outside of work, Clive enjoys exercise, improving his diet and sleep, and cheering on his favorite sports teams(though watching England play is sometimes more stressful than relaxing!). He’s also known for his dad jokes, even compiling them into a book called “Chaplain Chuckles.”
